About Ms. Crosby

Ms. Crosby has studied extensively with distinguished flute teachers and performers Adeline Tomasone and Eileen Grycky of Opera Philadelphia, and Lynn Cooksey of Opera Delaware.

She has performed in masterclasses or taken lessons with Jeffrey Khaner and David Cramer of the Philadelphia Orchestra, Mimi Stillman of Dolce Suono, Susan Milan of the Royal College of Music, Brad Garner of the Julliard School, composer and performer Gary Schocker, and performer Lois Herbine.

Ms. Crosby has earned a Master's Degree from Temple University in Music History, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education and Flute Performance from the same institution.

 

Ms. Crosby has additionally studied the flute at the graduate level at the University of Delaware.

 

She is Pennsylvania and Virginia State Certified to teach music and does so currently in a school in West Chester, PA. Additionally, Ms. Crosby is Suzuki certified.

 

Ms. Crosby has performed in New York City, Italy, throughout Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and in Delaware. She has played in numerous orchestras, bands, duos, trios, quartets, quintets, sextets, and as a soloist. Her latest group membership was with the Lansdowne Symphony Orchestra in Upper Darby, PA.
